all i can say is im a big fan of TDU and these pics are amazing
actually, this pics show nothing but some hand drawn graphics. tho i cannot say, i don't like the style. on the contrary.

how come there are no clear bluesky? is it the nature of hawaii weather? i want to see the bluesky like in California
As long as they make the hills smooth this time I don't care what it looks like. There was nothing more irritating than randomly losing control because the hill crests weren't smooth.
that was the whole point of TDU, to have off-camber bends and crests to make the racing more challenging and exciting.

I think this game will revolutionize the racing game develoment. Part one was a great success, the detail of the cars was just amazing so part two should be even better. They just need to add more things like where you can use your wipers when its raining and also they should have you put gas into your ride. Details like those would make the game the best racing game.....
I hope you can buy your own furniture instead of automatically get furniture. That would be cool.

@Anonymous They have not officially announced TDU2 yet, so no word on a release date.
While I can understand the urge to "go off-road", that's never been what the Test Drive Francise has been about. I'm afraid Eden and Atari may be taking their eyes off the ball on this one. My wish list in order of importance: Better cheat detection and enforcement, Graphics update, Weather, Smarter Cops, More Roads, More Cars, More Authentic Hawaiian Landmarks. There is a lot of room for pure improvement apon the original vs. remaking the whole thing with off-roading as a major component.
Great concepts keep it up can't wait till the game comes out i have been wanted a lot of theses features that they are adding onto TDU2 on tdu 1 indicators, ajustable lights ect... please if you wish to challenge me on tdu please find me via my gt IV R4GE VI thanks!

TDU was fantastic and I hope this game will be greater. I love the detail of the cars inside the showroom and the in car view while driving. The way that on xbl your friends are hopping around the same game as you like Fable 2 is awesome. Please keep this game as close to TDU as you can just newer/more cars.
the should have more cars and make them upgradable. witch means tuning your engine and adding parts to your car like spoilers and hodds and just plain out boky kits that would be nice!!!
well there is a offical website that comes up with a forbidden error. This game looks to be soooo awsome the fact of like driving in dense jungles with my ferrari seems sooooo coool espically if the detail is as good as i hope it 2 be
TDU was pretty effing awesome with the exception of the stupid cops that were SOOOOO easy to lose. Eden should also try editing the driving physics to be more realistic (read: MCLA or NFS Undercover/Shift). Off-roading- not for it, not against it. Should be interesting...
Can't wait for this game , it's going to be awsome , i predict it'll be realeased somwhat the september - december 2010 or 2011.

TDU is IMO by far the best car racing game there is. No rubberband AI bollocks like NFS. Free Roam is a must. Add a few pedestrians in and we can resurrect Carmageddon. Seriously though, I'd pre buy this game just on the strengths of the first TDU.
Car customization reminicesent of Midnight Club: LA is deff needed. TDU 1 needed this also. That, and more cars. That would be the best racing game ever. The original is a superb game for car enthusiests like me. Correct?
