On this week's episode Ronnie and Andreas are joined by Craig from TVandLust.net again to talk about what their favorite games of 2009 are. They also do a 2 minute lighting round section.
Please excuse my poor audio quality, should be fixed for next week's podcast.
Gonna have to go with Craig on personal Game of the Year '09. Retro Game Challenge was fantastic to play and really stuck to simple, but functionaly enjoyable, gameplay. Give it a look, it's a little cheaper now.
You guys know it's based a show from Japan, "Game Center CX", right? It's kind of where Xseed got its name; think of Angry Video Game Nerd getting his own show where it focauses on the parts where he gets frusterated in. Basically that, but Arino is awesome in his own right. He doesn't go ballastic, either, it's just fun to watch him try to beat oldschool games.
Here's a site with basic info about the show: http://www.crunkgames.com/?p=87 And a "review" of the show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gezi6MNgLHQ
It's too bad the sequel isn't coming out. I have it and it's even better than the first, but here's hoping we do some day.
Interesting show, guys! Enjoying the chemestry the three of yous have.
