In the world of DLC, is a full retail release necessary in order to bring the characters of your dream to life? I think not. But, Capcom thinks so, maybe? These screens seem to detail a brand new game entirely. The screens seem, less dynamic. When MvC3 screens were released, they were dazzling and amazing. Color me unimpressed, but hopeful.
