According to developer Supergiant Games their first game Bastion has sold over 500,000 copies since its release and won a staggering 60+ awards.

This should be a fairly great deal for Fallout lovers and beyond. Today's Steam deal sees Fallout New Vegas and its DLC discounted by 75 percent which brings us to a total of just under 17 Bucks.

EA and BioWare sent out word last week that their recently launched MMO - Star Wars The Old Republic - has done very well in its launch week. Today we received some more impressive and obligatory stat updates for SWTOR.

Today the publisher revealed that over 60 Million in-game hours have been spent so far and that over 850K Sith Warriors as well as 810K Jedi Knights were created respectively.

* Over 850,000 Sith Warriors and over 810,000 Jedi Knights created
* Over 260 million quests completed
* Over 44 million PvP battles

We didn't know that much about Remedy's new game, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, except that it was an Xbox LIVE standalone title set around the 'Night Springs' TV show from Alan Wake.

Today Remedy revealed the release window for American Nightmare. Expect the new Alan Wake game to release in 'Mid Q1 2011'.

The developer also revealed the new 'Fight till Dawn' mode which will have Alan fight a horde of dark enemies for an entire night. The mode will feature countless and varying enemies as well as new and old weapons - the goal is to rack up a high score.

Alan Wake finds himself stuck in an altered reality filled with dangerous shadows; he must leap into action and pursue his evil doppelganger, Mr. Scratch, across the Arizona mesa towards the town of Night Springs. Scratch, a supernatural serial killer, has his evil plans set on Wake’s wife, Alice. Wake must learn to control reality itself and unravel the secret to Mr. Scratch’s demise while using the power of light to put an end to the darkness.

Gran Turismo 5 has been an ever-evolving product ever since Prologue released. Today Sony announced that an all new update as well as more DLC will be headed to gamers next week.

The second car pack includes the 2011 Mini Cooper S, 2010 Volkswagen Golf VI R, 2010 Volkswagen Scirocco R, and the new and improved 2012 Nissan GT-R Black edition R35.

The update brings some much requested features, check out the full list below:

Radical Entertainment, the developers of the Prototype series, have released a new developer diary covering the new hunting gameplay mechanic.

Sgt. James Heller can hunt down key Blackwatch and Gentek (the scientific arm of Blackwatch) personnel, consume them, obtain their memories, and drive the game's side mission content forward.

Sony's budget priced 3D PlayStation TV Bundle launched at $499 - now a few weeks later the active 3D display, which comes with glasses and a copy of Motorstorm Apocalypse, has dropped to $399.

Sony explains the price drop as a regular planned procedure rather a response to sales data, as we didn't get any hard information on that.

The price reduction is part of a planned lifecycle management program. As we’ve seen more consumers become interested in 3D, we wanted to open the monitor up to a larger demographic at a lower price point as the holidays draw near.

After some back and fourth debating and fact checking Sony has finally corrected themselves regarding the questions about multiple PSN accounts on PlayStation Vita.

The internet outcry could be heard for 1,000 miles they say - Sony fans were told that the upcoming PS Vita would support multiple PSN accounts by switching memory cards but has since reverted that statement.

According to a Wired.com interview the Vita will only allow for one PSN account per unit, unlike the PS3 which supports multiple accounts.

The only way to switch PSN accounts is by resetting the device to factory settings. Big whoop.

Today Capcom revealed that the upcoming Resident Evil: Operations Raccoon City will receive a multiplayer mode called 'Heroes Mode'. The game type will feature four vs. four multiplayer with classic Resident Evil characters including Leon. S Kennedy, Jill Valentine, Hunk and Ada Wong.

Players will assume the role of either the good or bad guys and compete against each other in a battle for survival. But it’s not that simple. Adding a twist to the traditional TPS gameplay, players will not only need to defeat the opposing team but also zombies and B.O.W’s delivering a compelling triple threat battle.

Expect the game to release on Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 20th with the PC version to follow 'sometime' later.

Not only did Remedy announce that the awesome Alan Wake is coming back to Xbox LIVE last week, they also revealed that the PC version is finally being released next year.

I am not going to be shy about it, I love rally racing and it is a deep rooted family tradition for me, therefore I love good rally games. Hence, I am a Codemasters fan.

Last year Codies developed Dirt 3, which was a return to its Colin McRae Rally roots, with a focus on simulation and traditional point to point racing as opposed to the flashy freestyle-esque feel of Dirt 2.

Some love that sort of thing and some do not as much - therefore Codies is going to bring us a full on arcade title next May in Dirt Showdown.

Dirt Showdown will mainly focus on Gymkhana and things like epic destruction derbies. All career modes will be available in full 8 player multiplayer as well.
