After the fallout of THQ, wrestling fans were wondering if they would ever see their favorite sport in digital form again. The speculation can end now. 2K has announced that they have entered into a multi-year agreement with WWE to publish the popular wrestling games.
â2Kâs reputation for outstanding quality and dedication to authenticity are a perfect fit for WWE,â said Casey Collins, Executive Vice President, Consumer Products for WWE. The WWE brand joins the two other sports games that 2K publishes, NBA 2K and MLB 2K.
WWE ’14 is being developed by Yukes, and is slated to release fall of 2013 for consoles.
