While a lot of the focus at E3 is on the big names, the smaller companies also have a presence at the convention. Daedalic Entertainment is one of those small companies that have been releasing new information the past couple of days. Today they have released new screenshots for their upcoming game Blackguards, which is a “combat focused turn-based strategy RPG.”
The game is set in The Dark Eye, which is Europe’s most well-known fantasy RPG universe. It first appeared in 1984 through pen&paper adventures, and it has been featured in many video games. Blackguards is being described as the “darkest interpretation of the Dark Eye’s universe.”
