Daily Deals

Kerbal Space Program (-40% $13.79) – If you have followed my writing here at onPause, you would know that I love Kerbal Space Program. It is a sandbox game that features a huge universe to explore. The only problem is you must build spaceships that are able to reach these other worlds. The game features some pretty realistic physics, so don’t expect to get to the moon easily. It is part of the Early Access program, and a new update should be released within the next week or so that will lay the ground work for the career mode that will be added in the future.

Total War: SHOGUN 2 (-75% $7.49) – For fans of the Total War series, SHOGUN 2 is one of the best on the market. It is set during Feudal Japan, which is always interesting. Plus with Total War: Rome 2 coming out soon, it is time to refresh those RTS skills.

Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition  (-75% $4.99) – Obsidian Entertainment took the reigns from Bethesda to make the next Fallout game, and the result was an instant hit. It features that same gameplay that made Fallout 3 so incredible, along with some new mechanics, new areas to explore, and some new factions to interact with. It is a great addition to the Fallout series. For that low of a price, this is a must have.

Under $10

PAYDAY: The Heist (-50% $9.99) PAYDAY: The Heist is a four player co-op shooter similar to that of Left 4 Dead, but instead of shooting zombies, you are a criminal trying to pull off intense heists. It is a lot of fun to get friends together and rob a bank, in a video game of course. It is a very addicting game.

Under $5

System Shock 2 (-50% $4.99) – This was one of Ken Levine’s first games that made him a video game celebrity. The first BioShock game is considered the spiritual successor to System Shock 2, although one thing that is different is that System Shock 2 is way more creepy. While the graphics may be a bit outdated, the gameplay and the themes in the game are still fresh.
