Battlefield 4 had a rocky start and continues to be plagued by bugs in multiplayer which has been a thorn in EA and DICE’s eyes for many weeks now. In an attempt to improve the game EA is looking for player feedback as surveys have been sent to players asking how likely it is for them to recommend the game on a scale from 1 – 10.
Also, after the ranking EA wants to know just how they could improve the game experience. While you have a right to be upset at EA and DICE, at least they continue to try and fix the game you paid $60 for. Check your EA connected email accounts to get in on the survey or click this link.
