It is Friday, and there is no better way to spend the weekend than playing a new release, or continuing a game that you’ve been playing for a while. Either way, it is time for Weekend Gaming.
MLB 14: The Show (PS3, PS Vita) – The latest in the excellent MLB: The Show has been released for PS3 and Vita, with a PS4 version coming next month.
FTL: Advanced Edition (PC, iPad) – One of the best rogue-like games has received an update that adds a new alien race, new weapons and drones, and a host of more features. If you own the game already, then the update will be downloaded for free. FTL is also now available for iPad.

Andreas is taking to the seas this weekend, where he will be on a cruise for the next week. Bon voyage, Andreas!
Brandon’s Weekend Gaming
FTL – With the new update, I will most likely hop back into FTL and check out the improvements. I haven’t played the game in a long time, so it will be interesting to see how it has changed.
Kerbal Space Program – The new Asteroid Redirect Mission added to Kerbal Space Program is incredible. I was able to capture my first asteroid today and put it into orbit. Now time to fly to it and do science experiments.
