The Ultimate Fighting Championship is a tough sport to compete in, one may say it’s bone-breakingly difficult, and super exciting to watch if you have a tough stomach. This year the UFC has teamed up with sports game developing veteran EA Sports to create a brand new UFC game called EA SPORTS UFC which even features historical greats like Bruce Lee.

When EA Sports and the Ultimate Fighting Championship teamed up in 2012 to create a brand new game for the popular sport the message was clear, make it fast, make it visceral, good looking and of course make it exciting and true to the sport that millions around the world watch now. In the video below you get a first taste of the intensity that the EA SPORTS UFC brings across in seconds of watching the clip. EA Canada has done their best to bring authenticity to the game with including announcer Bruce Buffer and champions Benson Henderson and Jon Jones for example.

In addition to having the real fighters and venues in the game, EA Canada has implemented tons of gameplay features to keep the game true to what a UFC fight would actually be like. When playing UFC, fans will see the Real Damage system at work which allows for one good blow to create the same damage as several punches over the time of a fight. Other features include a true fatigue system and body deformation among others.

When playing EA SPORTS UFC, it will become clear that both EA Sports and the UFC wanted you to play the best Ultimate Fighting Championship ever. The game is set to launch on PS4 and Xbox One on June 20th. Check out more about the game on the official Facebook page and pre-ordering can be done here.
