Today Ubisoft has released the first images for Assassin’s Creed Rogue which is the final game the company will develop for the last generation of consoles – the PS3 and Xbox 360. Assassin’s Creed Rogue will put players in the shoes of a Templar Shay Patrick Cormac who used to be an Assassin himself.
The game will feature the naval gameplay from Black Flag we had come to know and love and will let players navigate a ship across the North Atlantic.Some of the additional locations of Rogue feature the Appalachian River Valley and a re-imagined New York. Shay specializes in hunting assassins hunter which means he will need to outsmart an already smart bunch! The game takes place during the Seven Years’ War which fills the between Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed III.
The game will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 this fall. Both Assassin’s Creed Unity and Rogue will be featured in the new Game Informer.
