It is Friday, and there is no better way to spend the weekend than playing a new release, or continuing a game that you’ve been playing for a while. Either way, it is time for Weekend Gaming.

New Releases

Hyrule Warriors (Wii U) – The latest Zelda game has been released for the Wii U, but it isn’t your typical Zelda game. Developed by the Dynasty Warrior team, it is pretty much a Dynasty Warriors game with Zelda characters and art.

FIFA 15 (PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, PC) – EA’s flagship franchise has been released, and the updates made to FIFA 15 are a huge improvement on the series. With an overhaul on the graphics and presentation, FIFA looks closer to its real life counterpart more than ever before.

This weekend I am going to head back into Forza Horizon 2 which I have been playing for the past week or so. The game is an open world racer of quality and is equally fun inducing. I can’t get enough of driving around in the Italian and French countryside.

With FIFA 15 out in the wild, I’ll be spending a lot of time with my Man United and Sporting KC careers, trying to take both teams to the top of the table. I also acquired The Long Dark, which is a survival game set in Northwestern Canada. It is a really intense survival game without having any zombies or anything of the sorts.
