Today 11 bit studios announced its 1.2 Update for This War of Mine which adds a New Starting Shelter, the Ability to Choose Starting Characters and more, which is described in the video below.
The first big thing is a brand new shelter. From now on, each time you begin your story, you’ll have a chance to start in this new building.
The second new feature is the ability to choose your starting group of characters. You will have bigger influence on shaping the story of civilians in war, making it more challenging or putting the game into a totally new perspective. Please keep in mind that you have to play at least once to unlock this option.
Additional improvements and tweaks include improved and enhanced locations, animations and NPC behaviors along with some bug fixes – because we all HATE bugs.
