Evolve was not designed to be a single player game and does not have your traditional campaign which is similar to Titanfall in that way but it does have a solo experience element.
Today 2K and Turtle Rock Studios released a gameplay that explains and shows off just how this Evolve solo experience will work. All of the content in Evolve can be enjoyed through online multiplayer which is the main focus of the game of course but it can also be played offline solo.
The Evolve Solo Experience Gameplay video highlights just that – and is a whooping 22 minutes long! Watch two matches of the Defend game mode, played solo from both the Monster and Hunter perspective as AI fills out the remaining roles on each team. Playing solo as a Hunter allows players to hot-swap instantly between each different class for ultimate control of the entire team.
Evolve is out in early February.
