Today Germany’s KOCH Media and UK based Codemasters announced that the two companies have signed a Global Distribution and co-Publishing Deal. The partnership will see Koch Media take on sole distribution of Codemasters 2016 titles in EMEA and exclusively co-publish in the Americas.
KOCK Media and Codemasters had this to say:

As part of the deal, our physical and digital distribution power combined will bolster some of the finest racing games ever produced,” said Dr. Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Koch Media.
“With a great line up of new titles combined with Koch Media’s large distribution network and territory knowledge behind us, we are confident of a very successful 2016”said Frank Sagnier, CEO of Codemasters.
Previously Codemasters had partnered with Bandai Namco in a similar partnership. Codemasters’ main game series are of course DiRT, F1 and the Grid series.
