Team Bondi members start indie studio

Team Bondi, known for their critically acclaimed L.A. Noire, closed up shop a few months ago. Today we learned that two former members of the studio have founded a new independent studio called Intuitive Game Studios.

The two members are Alex Carlyle, a design lead at Team Bondi, and Kelly Baigent a storyboarder at the Australian development company, who also has experience with animation work.

Team Bondi was purchased KMM after L.A. Noire was released, but closed the game division down in April. Team Bondi was currently working on Whore of the Orient, a next-gen game set in Shanghai, China during the year 1936.

In a statement on the Intuitive Games Studio website, it says:

Intuitive Game Studios is an independent game developer with big ambitions.

At Intuitive we focus intently on quality and content to proudly produce exactly the kind of game we would want to play ourselves.

Watch out for future announcements of our upcoming titles.

It should be noted at the title of the webpage is “Truth without conscious reasoning.” Let your imagines run wild with that statement. We’ll keep you updated with more information about Intuitive Games Studio once it is available.
