Interceptor Entertainment and Apogee Software wants to celebrate the launch of their new ’90s remake first-person shooter Rise of the Triad, which is set to release on July 31. They are so eager to celebrate that they are inviting any QuakeCon attendee to party with the team.
The first 500 people to get into the Community Beer Company on Friday, August 2 starting at 9pm will be able to drink free craft beer and listen to remixed Rise of the Triad music from DJ Titan. To get into the launch party, all you need to do is show your QuakeCon badge at the front door, and party with the team until the event ends at 1am.
For those just wanting to play Rise of the Triad, there will be a booth set up at QuakeCon for attendees to try out the remake of the popular shooter.
