American McGee used Kickstarter to fund his series of short films set in the American McGee Alice universe. He had to use the crowd funding service to acquire the rights to the characters. The short films will be under the Alice: Otherlands name. The Otherlands are an area of London that Alice will explore.
We also learned that the negotiations for the game rights to American McGee’s Alice are still ongoing. We hope that we’ll get to play some more Alice in the future.
