Nintendo has announced that they will be releasing an entry level handheld console called the Nintendo 2DS.
The 2DS can play all DS and 3DS games, without the 3D effects that come with 3DS games. The handheld also lacks a hinge like its predecessor, keeping the system “open” at all times. You can see what the 2DS looks like below!
The 2DS will be released on October 12 for $130. It will be available in either blue or red.
