Well this game is definitely on my radar now. Munin is an upcoming platformer from Gojira, and is about Munin the raven from Nordic mythology (originally spelled Muninn).
Munin is a messenger to the powerful god Odin. In the game, Munin has been stripped of her wings and has been transformed by Loki into a mortal girl. She will have to make her way through the nine worlds of Yggdrasil to get her lost feathers and return to Asgard.
The game will be a twist on traditional side-scrolling gameplay by allowing players to rotate environments to surpass obstacles. By using this technique, you’ll be able to “create bridges from pillars, turn walls into floors, and use physics to manipulate boulders, liquid, and lava.”
Munin will feature 77 total levels, and is set to release later this spring for PC and Mac.
