Sega and Creative Assembly have announced that Total War Rome II: Emperor Edition will be released on September 16th for PC and Mac.
They also announced that current owners of Total War Rome II will be upgraded to the Emperor Edition for free. The Emperor Edition includes overhauled building chains, a redeveloped and more impactful politics system, improved campaign and battle lighting, and more.
Check out the new trailer for the Emperor Edition below, which will also include a DLC pack called Imperator Augustus Campaign, which focuses on the 2nd Triumvirate War.
