Irrational Games, the creators of Freedom Force, System Shock 2, SWAT 4 and BioShock have been hard at work for over 2 years now. On what you might ask. Well, we had no idea for all this time until a teaser website called: “What is Icarus” went up a few days ago. There was not too much going on besides a black screen with a smoky cloud and a gray dot on it. Well, we said: Would you kindly? And Ken Levine listened. On his twitter account he announced a tiny update. Now there is a moving dot and a date! 1:45 EST on August 12th ‘something’ will happen. A MOVING DOT!

UPDATE: Ken has said that the press will be shown a live demo on August 11th while gamers will be able to see said footage on the game’ website on the 12th. Ken did stress not to read any press coverage until you see the clip for yourself. We trust him. Kindly.
