September 2011 NPD Numbers – Madden and Gears on top

The September 2011 NPD sales numbers are here with Madden 12, Gears of War 3, and Dead Island on top. They are followed by FIFA 12, NHL 12, and Deus Ex. You can check out the list below for the top ten game software sales.

On the hardware side of sales, 360 was on top selling 438k units, 3DS sold 360k, and Wii sales were at 240k. So far Sony has not released the PS3 and PSP numbers.
