Today RedLynx announced that they will be acquired by Ubisoft in a forum post.
RedLynx is the developer responsible for the recent hit downloadable title Trials HD. Ubisoft is no stranger to downloadable titles with the most recent From Dust, Outland and the upcoming Babel Rising as well as I Am Alive.
This for all intends and purposes seems like a good deal for everyone and most importantly, the fans will get more awesome games.
