Today Sony revealed not one but two Special Editions for Naughty Dog’s upcoming block buster, post-apocalyptic adventure game ‘The Last of Us’ which releases on May 7th this year.
The 79.99 Dollar ‘Survival Edition’ includes the game in a steel book, a 170 page artwork hard cover collection and the first issue of the comic book from Dark Horse called ‘The Last of Us: American Dreams’ and lastly the ‘Sights and Sounds’ DLC pack which comes with the game’s soundtrack, a Ps3 Dynamic Theme and PSN avatars of Joel and Ellie.
The 149.99 Dollar epic ‘Post-Pandemic Edition’ will come with the steel book game case, the comic with an alternate cover and a collectible 12 inch statue of Joel and Ellie. In addition to the Sights and Sounds DLC this bigger edition will come with the Survival DLC containing Bonus XP, Metee booster, In-Game Currency, custom character items and Joel and Ellie skins for multiplayer.
While the Survuval Edition will be available at various retailers, the Post-Pandemic Edition is exclusive to GameStop.
