It has been announced that Respawn Entertainment will make an appearance at E3 2013. Respawn was founded when Vince Zampella and Jason West left Infinity Ward, the creators of Call of Duty. Zampella and West used to be in charge of Infinity Ward, but after a falling out with Activision, they left the company and formed the independent studio Respawn Entertainment.
Their newest project has not been officially announced, and the public has been waiting to hear what the two have been working on since leaving Infinity Ward. Zampella and West will use E3 2013 to show off their newest game. The only information known at the time is that the game will be published by EA through their EA Partners program. EA Partners publishes games from independent companies.
There has been much speculation about what the first game from Respawn will be. Given that Zampella and West were major players in the first person shooter genre, along with the name of the studio, alludes people to their first game being a FPS.
E3 2013 runs from June 11 to 13.
