Releasing later this year, The Raven: Legacy of a Master Thief is an episodic game broken into three parts. It is a ‘whodunit’ game set in 1960’s Europe. The player is given the task to follow the legendary thief The Raven as you try and protect the Eye of the Sphinx as it travels from Switzerland to Egypt.
Today, Nordic Games has announced that an interactive graphic novel has been released on the App Store and Google Play. This graphic novel will set up the narrative of the game.
“An interactive graphic novel is the ideal way to introduce players to the main game in a way that is leisurely yet exciting so players can get a taste of what is to come from The Raven: Legacy of a Master Thief,” said Peter Hercher, product marketing manager at Nordic Games.
Episode one of The Raven will release on July 23 for various digital distributors for the PC, Mac, and Linux versions, and it will also be released on Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Network. The second and third episodes will be released on August 27th and September 24th. Starting today, players can pre-order The Raven season pass and receive 20% off the price tag. The season pass will allow you to download every episode once they are available. Pre-ordering is available on the official website.
