Today GiantBomb broke the news that founding member Ryan Davis has passed away at the age of 34 on July 3rd, 2013.
The news came as shocking and unexpected as one could possibly imagine. Ryan was not only a GameSpot alum, co-founder of GiantBomb.com but most importantly an excellent human being, friend and most recently – a husband.
Ryan Davis has touched an incredible amount of people, even those whom he never met in person. He was the genuine, kind and hilarious voice of the Bombcast and one of the best people in the gaming industry who will genuinely be missed by many, many people.
We are still in disbelieve and so are many of you – the community, as Ryan’s worldwide trending on Twitter shows.
Rest in Peace Ryan, you will truly never be forgotten.
