It is Friday Sunday, and there is no better way to spend the weekend than playing a new release, or continuing a game that you’ve been playing for a while. Either way, it is time for Weekend Gaming.

New Releases

The Walking Dead: Season Two (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) – Telltale Games is back with their critically acclaimed The Walking Dead series with season two. The five part episodic game features Clementine on her own surviving in the zombie infested world. It will be interesting to see how they continue the series in season two. I played a little of the first episode last night, and I have to say the quality has continued.

Far Cry 3 – It is the most wonderful time of the year! No, I don’t mean the holidays, I mean the Steam winter sale! I’ve been wanting to play Far Cry 3 for a while, but with such a large backlog, I always seemed to forget about it. With it marked down to $7.50 the other day on Steam, I had to buy it. I just hope my computer can handle the game well.

BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – This is another one I’ve been looking forward to. I played the first half or so of the first episode of Burial at Sea, and I am really enjoying it. The original BioShock is one of my favorite games of all time, and it is nice to wander around Rapture again.

The Last of Us – I believe I am almost finished with this game, and damn is it good. Everything about the game was thought of extremely well. I can’t wait to see what happens next to Ellie and Joel.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood – Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is puzzle-platformer from Press Play for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. I am getting ready to check it out on the Xbox One and simply cannot wait as it combines a story-driven adventure game filled with action-packed platforming and creative puzzle-solving.
