It is Friday, and there is no better way to spend the weekend than playing a new release, or continuing a game that you’ve been playing for a while. Either way, it is time for Weekend Gaming.

Niddhog (PC) – Niddhog is an indie action PC game that pits two players against each other in a single layer 2D level. As a player, you cannot advance towards your goal unless the person you are fighting against is dead. After slaying your opponent, you must reach your goal before the other player responds. What comes next is a crazy intense game of swordplay.

Broken Age (PC) – The latest from Double Fine and Tim Schafer is a new point-and-click adventure game that stars two different characters. The game was released to Kickstarter backers this week, and will be released to the public in the next week or so.

Forza 5 – This weekend is all about playing more Forza 5 and leveling up my car and customize vinyl groups on my BMW 1 series M. Forza may shove micro transactions in your face but the gameplay is fun and rewarding. Did I mention it looks pretty as hell?

Outlast – I picked up Outlast on the Steam sale and played about 30 minutes before I pooped my pants and turned off my computer. I will attempt to go back into the asylum and get through some more rooms before running away from my desktop again!

Brandon’s Weekend Gaming

Cook, Serve, Delicious! – This is the game I’ve been playing the most, and I’m fascinated with it. It is a game I like to play when I get home from work to unwind for a couple of hours. I’ve always been secretly a fan of food cooking games, like Cooking Mama, and Cook, Serve, Delicious! is the best cooking game I’ve played.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – What else can we say about this awesome pirate game? It is so much fun, and I honestly wasn’t expecting another Assassin’s Creed game to be good after Assassin’s Creed III.
