Dead Cells developer Motion Twins has announced that the game will be leaving Steam Early Access in August of 2018.
A new update for the game was released yesterday, called “The Baguette Update.” This update reworks some core aspects of the game, like an overhaul of the item upgrade system, legendary item drops, a revamped UI, and more.
Also announced with the Baguette Update is that Dead Cells will be heading to consoles this fall, with the Switch and PlayStation 4 versions getting a physical release. The game is also slated to release for Xbox One, so we believe that will be a digital only release.
