We Happy Few has come a long way in the past few years. It went from being a survival game trying to escape the town of Wellington Wells, to a full blown story driven action game.
You play as a resident of Wellington Wells, a town under control by an authoritarian government. But the citizens of Wellington Wells don’t know that, as they are sedated by a drug called Joy. Joy gives the citizens a colorful, happy look on life. But the truth is Wellington Wells is a town falling apart, and the powers at be do not want the citizens to see the truth. Your goal is to escape the city while not bringing too much attention to yourself.
The game leaves Early Access on August 10th, and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $60. Check out the new trailer below!
