When you think of actual monster hunters in fiction, few stand out as prominent as Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher series. He was literally mutated to make him the ultimate monster hunter, so it is fitting that he will make an appearance in Monster Hunter: World in 2019.
Geralt will be added as a free update, and a handful of The Witcher inspired quests will be added to the game. I’m hoping we will get to fight some of the bigger, badder monsters from The Witcher universe.
