Downloadable games, digital downloads and DLC are common terms in video game land these days. Many publishers are using known IPs to sell quick, fun and cheap arcade style games on XBL and PSN based on their big hitters. THQ Digital has released its first trailer during Gamescom in Cologne, Germany for the recently announced Red Faction Battlegrounds which even has David Jaffe talking (Insert sarcastic smile face here).
Battlegrounds is a top down mech and vehicle combat style game on Mars based on the existing Red Faction storyline and reminds a lot of Twisted Metal and similar titles. Enough talking and more watching, the trailer is below.
