We have all been shocked at how great the Dead Island reveal trailer was (and how much it must have cost to make)! So did the rest of the interwebs. Deep Silver passed along some interesting stats regarding the hype around the game.
The game’s facebook page has reached over 100,000 in less than a week while the trailer reached more than 2.7 Million views on YouTube. Not only gamers took notice, Variety, Ain’t-It-Cool-News, Empire or SFX Magazine and non-gaming media like The Guardian and The Independent have been gushing over the game’s reveal.
Also, Dead Island was a trending topic on Twitter with almost 3.2 Million Tweets about the zombie game!
