Well, you probably won’t be surprised by this, not even angry, but Duke Nukem Forever has been delayed again. Yes, I am being serious. This is not some funny, twisted joke I came up with this morning to ridicule our readers because I am cranky.
Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford revealed via a video clip that the Duke will be shipping a month later than previously announced. While DNF was scheduled to arrive in stores on May 3rd, the game has been pushed to June 14th in the US and the 10th for International territories. In a follow up tweet Pitchford had this to say:
Yes, it’s real. Yes, it’s necessary. Yes, we know everyone is going to make a big deal about it. No, we didn’t plan it.
Don’t be too sad people, we all know, after 12 years, a month isn’t earth shattering.
