During the massive Call of Duty XP Event in Los Angeles this weekend, Activision revealed the official Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition. This year’s version comes at a higher price ticket though. Gamers who are purchasing the Hardened edition will drop 99.99 Dollars for their special edition copy. That is 20 Dollars more than previous years.
However, the additional 20 bucks will be well spent though, since the contents are ramped up as well. The Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition will come with comes with a 1 year membership to Call of Duty Elite, some bonus in-game content, a Juggernaut XBL avatar skin, a 100 page field journal as well as a new disc art. All of that will come in a steel case.
Note that the Call of Duty Elite membership alone is worth 50 dollars and will allow gamers to get the four DLC maps as well as additional stat tracking.
