I am not going to be shy about it, I love rally racing and it is a deep rooted family tradition for me, therefore I love good rally games. Hence, I am a Codemasters fan.
Last year Codies developed Dirt 3, which was a return to its Colin McRae Rally roots, with a focus on simulation and traditional point to point racing as opposed to the flashy freestyle-esque feel of Dirt 2.
Some love that sort of thing and some do not as much – therefore Codies is going to bring us a full on arcade title next May in Dirt Showdown.
Dirt Showdown will mainly focus on Gymkhana and things like epic destruction derbies. All career modes will be available in full 8 player multiplayer as well.
