According to Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot the next Assassin’s Creed game will be coming during the publishers next fiscal year, which is the period between April 2013 and March 31st 2014, and will feature a new hero in a new time period as announced today during the company’s third-quarter earnings call.
Guillemot did not provide much more details other than that a more detailed announcement will follow and that releasing games back to back is the benefit of having multiple teams working on the franchise.
