During EA’s press conference at E3 2013, they discussed the newest Need for Speed game, titled Need for Speed: Rivals, and discussed the new Need for Speed film that is filming right now.
Need for Speed: Rivals will launch this year for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. It will retain the same high speed action that gamers expect from a Need for Speed title, but will allow gamers to play on both sides of the law. You’ll be able to take down your friends as a cop, or elude your friends driving as a racer.
The Need for Speed film is being produced by DreamWorks Studios, and will release in 2014. The movie stars Aaron Paul, who plays Jesse in the hit television show Breaking Bad. The Need for Speed film is being described as “an exciting return to the great car culture films of the 1960’s and 70’s.”
