Today EA Sports announced that Mexican international Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez has signed with EA Sports and will appear on the North American covers of FIFA 14 when the game hits stores on September 24th. Specifically Hernandez will feature on the Mexican and one of the two US covers for the game along with Lionel Messi.
The second cover will of course feature Lionel Messi the Argentinian World Player of the Year in service of Barcelona by himself.
“For me it’s a real honor to have been selected to appear on the cover of FIFA 14, first of all because I declare myself a big fan of this game, and second because I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for football and EA SPORTS FIFA 14 with fans all over the world,” said Hernandez.
FIFA 14 will also launch on the Xbox One and PS4 when those new consoles hit stores, for now we will get to play the game on Xbox 360 and PS3.
