Previously the Battlefield betas had been pretty tightly locked away behind various pay walls or exclusive platforms. While special early access is given to Battlefield 3 Premium members, pre-orders of the Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe Edition and any registered owners of Medal of Honor Warfighter Limited Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition on October 1st – anyone will be able to play the beta on October 4th this time.
Battlefield 4 will be available on PC, 360 and PS3 on October 29th and PS4 on November 12th while Xbox One owners will need to wait another week until November 19th.
