The Games with Gold program, which was announced at E3 this year, was about to run out but will be continued according to a post by Xbox LIVE’s Major Nelson.
We had seen games like Assassin’s Creed II and HALO 3 become free downloads as part of the program and something like 120 million hours were played with these free games.
According to the post 97 percent of survey takes loved the program and want it to continue which it will, on Xbox 360 but nothing was announced for the Xbox One so don’t expect to get free games when Microsoft’s Xbox One launches on November 22nd.
