Tomorrow the final week of the Borderlands 2 $100,000 Loot Hunt begins with week 4 hosts, Tiny Tina and Mr. Torgue, as they will be making sure that we go out with a bang! Literally.
Our beloved Claptrap has had some pretty rad real-world prizes as part of the month-long in-game event, but this upcoming week’s prizes might just beat them all.
Five winners will win keys in the form of the 2K Kingdom in the form of a Steam key which will grant them lifetime access to every 2K game ever. This means past, present, and future (WOW). If one had to put a price tag on that, which for legal reasons 2K had to do, each key is the cash equivalent of more than $6,000, or in other words roughly three games a year for the next 20+ years. This is worth a look.
Also, twenty people will win Borderlands 2 GOTY strategy guides from Brady Games,which is all in addition to the weekly cash prize for the final week of the Loot Hunt being at an all-time high of $20,000. There is also the ongoing chance to win the $50,000 grand prize. Finally, for those in it simply for the in-game loot to be had, Tina and Torgue will be serving up some hardcore community goals that yield sweet, sweet loot.
