Top 3 unannounced Games we want to see at E3 2014

Posted by: 12/27/2013

2013 has been an incredible year for games and the industry in general with new consoles launching the the existing consoles having great showings of exclusives like The Last of Us from Naughty Dog. 2014 is already shaping up to be a year to remember with already announced titles like Respawn’s Titanfall or Sucker Punch’s inFamous Second Son. The list goes on.

However, there are some games that have not yet been revealed for 2014 – nor do we even truly know if they are in development – as in, they have not yet been officially announced.

#3 – Battlefield Bad Company 3This may be a bit of a surprise on this list you may say but Battlefield Bad Company 2 was the one shooter I played with my friends the most on the last generation of consoles, we even went back to it a few months ago because it is so darn good. Bad Company was the first Battlefield game to add a single player campaign to its epic multiplayer mode and in Bad Company 2 it really hit its stride. The cast of characters is hilarious and I enjoyed going through the single player a lot more than Battlefield 3 or 4’s campaigns. Even the multiplayer was more fun to me. The maps, the gameplay and the continued support made Bad Company 2 one of the best games on the last generation of consoles.

#2 – DiRT –  The last rally game from Codemasters has us going all the way back to 2011 which is far too long in our opinion! DiRT 3 was a fantastic game that I still play to this day. Codies had returned the series to more of a pure rally focus and threw in some Ken Block to top it off. For the next DiRT game we want more of the rally and less of the rest. We have already written up a pretty large article on what we want to see in the next DiRT game and you can read that here. The time is right, the UK based developer has a very talented team and we will hopefully hear and see a lot more of the next-generation DiRT game in 2014!

#1 – Fallout 4I feel like a broken record sometimes but Fallout 3 was one of my favorite games of this generation! I spent about 200 hours playing the game and its DLC twice over. Fallout 3 released in 2008 and took place in and around Washington DC and Fallout New Vegas – well, in Vegas and the Mohave Desert. Recently some casting call documents leaked that suggested Fallout 4 is in development at Bethesda and will take place in Massachusetts which in Fallout lore is called Commonwealth. Discovering the world of another Fallout location on the PS4 and Xbox One is what we want. We are dying to see how amazing of a world Bethesda can build on the new machines.
