According to Publishing Company Take-Two Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V has now shipped 32.5 Million copies and that is quite an amazing number. To put this number in perspective, the company sold over a Billion Dollars in the first 3 days of GTA V on sale and that was in September.
1 Billion Dollars would be over 16 Million copies or so when dividing this number by 60 and while this is a more than rough estimate, it would mean Take-Two and Rockstar sold another 16 Million copies to retail in the period between the game’s launch and the holiday period.
Either way you slice it, that is a lot of people, and does not even even include the rumored PC and Next-Gen console launches.
