When Skylanders was released in October 2011 as Spyro’s Adventure, no one could think of the possibility that this game would turn into a 2 Billion Dollar franchise within the next few years but in February 2014, and after the launch of Skylanders SwapForce in 2013, just this has occurred.
Today Activision has created one of the largest game and toy franchises around and sold over 175 Million of these little toy figures that go onto the platform and bring them to life in game.
