PSA: Project CARS passes March, races to April release

Posted by: 2/18/2015

Today Bandai Namco announced that Slightly Mad Studios’ racing simulator Project CARS will miss its March 17th release date after being moved to that date from holiday 2014, when the game was scheduled to release originally.

The new release date only moves a couple of weeks this time to April 2nd for PC and April 7th for Xbox One and the PS4. The studio sights ‘final adjustments in the game that are required to provide fans with the best gaming experience they can have’, according to a press release.

“Moving the release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS”, said Ian Bell, Head of Studio at Slightly Mad Studios. “But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April”.
