Today Activision announced that proclaimed Call of Duty fan and Seattle Seahawks superstar Marshawn Lynch, will be featured in Call of Duty Black Ops III.
Star athletes love competition, both on and off the field, says Activision. “Taking that to the next level, ESPN the Magazine is releasing a special double-issue this month dedicated to the crossover between athletes and video games. Marshawn Lynch gracing the cover of the magazine’s first-ever video game issue.
As revealed in the cover story, Marshawn Lynch will be an in-game character in Call of Duty: Black Ops III, hitting shelves this November 6. Lynch recently visited Activision’s motion capture studio for facial scanning and performance capture, in addition to getting plenty of early hands-on with Black Ops III.
