Today Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco announced that Project CARS 2 will feature Rallycross, which is one of the fastest growing and most exciting areas of motorsports today. The game will feature official cars and tracks such as US-based DirtFish and Daytona, Lånkebanen in Norway, and the track where it all began half-a-century ago—Lydden Hill in the UK. The cars you can expect, and see slithering about in the trailer below, include the Polo RX, Focus RS RX as well as the light class cars.
Will this be able to hold the candle to DiRT Rally and DiRT 4’s World RX modes? We will find out when Project CARS 2 launches on PS4, Xbox One and PC later this year.
